Warranties, returns and notes
We offer a lifetime warranty on the frame of the bed, a five year warranty on the electronic components of the bed and a five year warranty on the mattress.
Returns are accepted if the item is not fit for purpose, not as described or has a major defect. Your rights are fully protected under Australian Consumer law
 
After taking professional medical advice we ONLY offer a medium firm mattress as this appears to be give the best postural support available. If you really want a soft fluffy mattress there are two options 1) Buy a mattress topper to soften up the feel of the mattress 2) Provide your own mattress.
DO NOT BUY THIS BED AND MATTRESS if you are unable to sleep on a medium firm mattress. Due to hygiene reason we cannot accept mattress returns after they have been opened unless defective or not as described
