We offer a  five year warranty on the mattress.
Returns are accepted if the item is not fit for purpose, not as described or has a major defect. Your rights are fully protected under Australian Consumer law
 
After taking professional medical advice we ONLY offer a medium firm mattress as this appears to be give the best postural support available. If you really want a soft fluffy mattress you can buy a mattress topper to soften up the feel of the mattress 
DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS if you are unable to sleep on a medium firm mattress. Due to hygiene reason we cannot accept mattress returns after they have been opened unless defective or not as described
